机床结构刚度非线性条件下的切削过程动态稳定性研究

摘    要:本文应用李亚普诺夫直接法研究了切削过程中在机床结构刚度非线性条件下速度型颤振的动态稳定性问题。文中指出,对于速度型颤振,其动态稳定性主要取决于切削力而与结构刚度的非线性特性无关。

Abstract:Liapunov's Direct Method is used to solve the stability problem of the speed-type chattering occurring in machine tool during cutting. The nonlinear characteristic of the structural stiffness has been taken into consideration and it has been found that the dynamic stability depends mainly on the cutting behavior while independent of the non-linearity of structural stiffness.
