振动分析技术在电潜泵井工况诊断中的应用

摘    要:介绍了利用电泵井井口振动信号诊断井下机组工况的方法,现场实验表明,该方法切实可行,可初步应用于井下故障诊断。并为建立潜油电泵标准故障谱打下基础。该技术的进一步完善会大大提高电泵井的科学管理水平,使潜油电泵井在油田生产中获得更大经济效益。

Abstract:This paper presents the technique used to diagnose working condition of down holepump unit by using vibration signal measured from the well head. The field test has achieved somegood results which indicated that it is a praeticable method. This work establishes a base for developinga file of typical frequency spectrum for different faults of pump unit.Perfected further,this techniquewill be more widely used in oil field.
