摘    要:本文通过测试砂芯中的反应温度及CO_2吸收量,对CO_2气体在砂芯中的反应进行了跟踪测试,并研究了CO_2气体在砂芯中的硬化行为.

Abstract:The motion law and physico-chemical reaction law of CO_2 in sodium silicate sand were investigated by the temperature measuring and absorbed CO2 amount of CO2 method. It is shown that the chemical reaction by pulse gassing is appreciably more intensified than that by continuous gassing, while the physical reaction is sigrificantly weakened. The strengths of the two core ends were higher than that of the central part of the core owing to the "retention" tendency of CO2 gap. The influence of the modulus of silicate and the flow rate of CO2 on the physical and chemical reaction was also studied.
