| 摘 要： | 大力进行依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家,是我国现代化进程的必然要求,而法律信仰是社会主体对法的一种特殊的主观把握方式和在理性认识基础上油然而生的一种神圣体验,是对法心悦诚服的认同感和依归感。法治化的过程实质上就是逐步建立法律权威和法律信仰的过程。

| Abstract: | It is an inevitable requirement in the modernization of China to promote governing a country by law and construct socialist legal country. Legal faith is a kind of sacred experience which is based on rational knowledge, a special seizing model of social subject and a sincere identification and acknowledgement of law. The process of ruling by law is in fact that of establishing legal authority and faith. |
