温州新型农村金融机构问题与对策研究

新型农村金融机构对于农村经济和金融发展正产生着积极影响。在金融综合改革背景下,温州新型农村金融机构的发展亦倍受关注,虽然取得了一定成效,但也存在资金匮乏规模扩大受限、产品和服务能力不能有效满足农村金融需求、面临风险因素较多等问题。文章从提供有效支持、机构自身壮大、合理利用民间资本、加强监管等几方面提出了对策建议。

Problems and Countermeasures for New Rural Financial Institutions in Wenzhou

New rural financial institutions are now having a positive effect on rural economy and finance.In the background of comprehensive financial reform,more attention is paid to the institutions.Despite of their progress,there are still many problems such as capital deficiency thus restricting expansion,product and service deficiency which is not able to meet rural demand for finance,and many risks.Finally,this paper put forward suggestions from the point of effective support,development relying on themselves,rational utilization of private capital,and powerful supervision.
