| 摘 要： | 从法学专业的特性与法律人的职业素质构成来看,实践能力是法学应用型人才素质的核心。但是,由于受传统教育观念和法学教学模式的影响,我国法学教育一直存在着理论与实践相脱节,重理论知识传授、轻实践能力培养的倾向,法学专业毕业生因实践能力较差而难以适应社会的需要。为了适应法学应用型人才培养的要求,应该通过不断改进理论教学内容与教学方式、建立法学实践教学课程体系、健全法学实践教学的相关制度,以全面提高法学专业学生的实践能力。

| Abstract: | From the professional characteristics of law major and occupation quality of legal professionals,practice ability is the core of quality of law applied talents.However,because of adverse effect of the traditional education concept and legal teaching pattern,there are a lot of problems in legal education in China.For example,the legal theory and legal practice are disjointed;legal education puts emphasis on theoretical knowledge,while ignoring practical ability training.Lacking of practical ability,law graduates are difficult to adapt to the needs of the society.In order to adapt to requirements of law applied talents training and improve the practical ability of law students,we should improve legal theory teaching content and teaching method,establish the legal practice curriculum system,thus perfect legal practice teaching system. |
