| 摘 要： | 文章以桐油、松节油等植物油为原料进行预聚,复配制备木蜡油。产品采用红外光谱,金相显微镜等研究手段进行分析。试验结果表明:物质基团的变化和反应的温度有关;耐化学介质性能较好;采用桐油与其它预聚原料的混合物的比例为:1∶1、2∶1、3∶1质量之比反应得到的产物,在添加0.5%环烷酸钴的作用下表干时间缩短到4h-5h。

| Abstract: | The wax oil was prepared by prepolymerization and the method of compound with tung oil,turpentine oil and other plant oils.The product was analyzed by infrared spectrum and metalloscope.The results showed that the reaction temperature affected the changing of groups.The chemical media resistance of the wax oil was good.The ratio of tung oil to other materials is 1∶1,2∶1 and 3∶1.The time of surface drying decreased to 4h or 5h with 0.5% cobalt naphthenate. |
