摘    要:本文采用自制的光导传感器,在TLJ机构试验台上,首次测定连杆机构的弹性轨迹,并利用有限元程序(KEDL)计算出理论的弹性轨迹;实测与理论计算结果较为一致,还利用对实例的理论计算和实测结果,对TLJ机构的具体结构进行分析,提出若干影响因素及性能特征,为KED分析进一步实用化提供依据。

Abstract:The elastic component in a high speed mechanism makes the realistic locus (elastic locus) deviate form the prediced locus (rigid locus). This situation will result in the unforeseen kinetic and dynamic property of the mechanism. The measurement of elastic locus is to test the dynamic errors of the mechanism, i. e. deviation. The measurement is not only to provied the basis for the elastic displacement, but also to lay a foundation for the practical use of KED analysis. In this paper, a new self-made fiber-optic sensor was used to measure the elastic locus of the linkage (TLJ) for the first time. With high properties of transmit- ting and light, laser beam was transmitted to the tested point by a fiber-optic sensor system and taken facula in photo. The figure was highly distinguishable and repeatable. The finite-element program KEDL was applied to culculate the theoretical elastic locus. Compared with the actual measurement the results were satisfactory.
