| 摘 要： | 在察哈尔抗战期间，李烈钧支持冯玉祥领导抗日，却不支持其对内反蒋反政府；支持冯玉祥抗日的同时，对政府抗日也表示理解，对蒋介石也有称许，这时他没有参与冯玉祥的反蒋反政府活动；李烈钧调解蒋冯关系的方案，是在政府指导的框架之下，而不是脱离政府，或是反政府。在这一事件的和平解决中，他出力较多，影响甚大，功不可没。
