土壤农化分析实验方法的改进与探索

摘    要:为有效提高实验课教学质量,计划将土壤农化分析实验课中土壤碱解氮、土壤有机质、土壤交换性钙镁、土壤有效硼和蔬菜中还原型维生素C总量5个实验的测定方法由原来的每个实验一个测定方法改为两个测定方法,使测定结果更精确,实验内容更充实,从而达到提高学生积极性和保证实验课教学质量的目的。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching effectively, the study considered to use two-test method instead of the original one-test method in each of the five experiments in soil and agriculture chemistry analysis. Five experiments includes the content analysis of soil available N, organic matter, exchangeable Ca and Mg, available B and reduced vitamin C in vegetables. The new method in our study is more accurate and it can informative the class content as well. It aims to improve students' enthusiasm and ensure the quality of experiment teaching.
