生物化学设计性实验实践与模式建立探索

摘    要:实验课是医学院校开展教学活动和培养学生专业素质和创新精神的重要途径,是对学生理论水平和综合素质能力提升的一个重要手段。以酶的特征性常数Km值的测定实验设计为例,研究生物化学设计性实验教学模式的构成、内容选择和模式建立。通过实验构建了特定的教学开展形式,促进了教学改革和教学质量的提升。学生通过实验提高了学习积极性和分析问题、解决问题的能力,培养了学生的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力,在生化实验教学领域值得推广。

Abstract:Experimental teaching is an important way of medical colleges teaching and cultivating students' professional quality and spirit, is an important tool for enhancing students' theoretical level and the comprehensive quality and ability. Take characteristic of enzymes used in the determination of constant K value of design as an example, the study of the formation of biochemistry design experiment teaching model, content selection and model. Through the experimental construction of specific teaching mode, promote the teaching reform and enhance the quality of teaching. Students improve the learning enthusiasm through the experiment and analysis problem, problem-solving ability, cultivate the students' innovation consciousness, innovation spirit and innovation ability, is worth promoting in the field of biochemical experiment teaching.
