基于CDIO模式的实验教学探究

摘    要:针对实验教学在能力方面培养的薄弱现状,结合CDIO理念,对实验教学中"课堂实验"和"创新实践"两个主要方面进行改革探索。在"课程实验"中,提出了课程规划和综合性考评的改革措施,有效地促进了学员的自主思考和对知识的综合运用;在"创新实践"改革中,对不同年级层次学员的创新需求进行分析界定,结合知识层次和能力水平,设计差异性的培养目标,充分调动了学员自主创新的积极性。通过实验教学两方面的协调促进,进一步深化了学员能力的培养,并为今后适应岗位任职需求奠定基础。

Abstract:To solve the problems in ability aspect of experimental teaching, the paper researched the method of reforming based on CDIO, which in "curriculum experiment" and "innovation practice" aspects of the experimental teaching. In the "curriculum experiment" the methods like courses projecting and totally evaluation has been involved, the students' independent thinking and integrated usage of knowledgement has been promoted effectively; In reforming of "innovation practice" , demands for different grade students of innovation were analyzed, different training target has been designed, considering the knowledge and ability, and students' enthusiasm of independent innovation has been motivated adequately. By the methods above, the students' ability has been promoted, and the foundation of future work has been enhanced.
