卓越工程师实践教学体系的探索与实践

摘    要:结合目前国内高等教育对大学生及研究生工程实践能力的要求及学校近两年来建设卓越工程师教育实践教学体系的经验和教训,阐述了卓越工程师培养的建设及改革措施,改革主要以专业建设为主线,实施全方位、多层次、多类型、重亮点的教育教学一体化改革思路而展开。实践证明,改革取得了可喜的教学成果,卓越工程师班从中受益,显著提升了学生的工程技术实践能力,对国内工科类高校工程教育改革具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:According to the requirement of the cultivation of the engineering and practical ability of undergraduates and graduates, and the university practice of building experimental teaching system for excellent engineers project over the past two years, the construction and reform measures were described for excellent engineers training. Reform was carried out including the main line of major costruction, the implementation of comprehensive, multi-level, multi-type, re-highlight, the integration of education and teaching. Practice has proved the reforms achieved gratifying effect and enhanced the practical ability of engineering students, excellence engineer class benefited from the reform, at the same time the innovation have some reference for domestic colleges engineering education reform.
