摘    要:运用复杂系统能量传递-转换模型,对乙苯在绝热式反应器中脱氢制苯乙烯反应系统作(火用)分析,用系统(火用)流图代替结构特性,可简化对系统的分解与数学运算,并建立该系统的能量模型。推导了系统总(火用)效率与能量单元(火用)效率相互关系的表达式,探讨了高温焓(火用)与低温焓(火用)的概念,计算出系统总(火用)效率、各能量单元(火用)效率与能量单元(火用)效率贡献系数,确定节能的主攻方向。分析结果与工厂实际数据基本相符。

Abstract:The exergetic analysis was carried out for reaction system of ethyl benzene dehydrogenation to styrene in an adiabatic reactor with an energy transfer-conversion model for complicated system. With an exergy flux chart of system instead of structure characteristics, analysis of system and mathematical computation could be simplified. Energy model was formulated for this system. The expression of mutual relationship between general exergy efficiency of system and exergy efficiency of energy unit was derived. The concept of enthalpy exergy at high temp. and enthalpy exergy at low temp. was discussed. The general exergetic efficiency of system, and exergy efficiency of each energy unit as well as contribution coefficient of exergy efficiency of energy unit were calculated. The main direction of energy saving could be Settled. The analysis results accorded with the data from factor practice.
