| 摘 要： | 介绍大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂标本的制备方法。该方法适用于课堂教学中对正常植物组织有丝分裂过程的观察。由于细胞中的微核、染色体畸变极易识别，也可用于检测环境诱变剂。

| Abstract: | The method of mitosis sample made from Allium sativum root tip cells was introduced.This procedure was suited to observe normal cell division,meeting the needs of teaching in class.The micronuclei and chromosomal aberration were clear in A.stavium meristic cells,so it could be used to mintoring enviornmental mutagens. |
