| Abstract: | The quantum fluctuation in perovskite -structured incipient ferroelectrics is discussed via the second quantization with simple harmonic oscillation,which leads to the expression of dielectric co nstants right to the neighborhood of OK with the application of the soft-mode theory under the mean field approximation. |
