| 摘 要： | 提出了用最小独立事件组合成服务事件队列的概念。采用控制流程调度的方法，分析和设计了电信业务计算机集成管理系统，还提出了信息管理系统中正确性、灵活性、安全性和异常事件的处理方法，并通过一个实例介绍系统的网络结构、模块和功能。
