| 摘 要： | 通过ＦＬＰ－ＦＲＴ位点特异性ＤＮＡ切离和ＤＮＡ定点整合技术，将酵母蔗糖酶基因整合到酿酒酵母染色体不同位置上，测定了ＳＵＣ２基因表达情况，从而对酵母染色体位置效应进行了初步研究。

| Abstract: | The chromosomal position effect was tentatively investigated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae using the yeast invertase gene(SUC2). The SUC2 gene was integrated into different chromosomal loci via homologous recombination, FLP-FRT site-specific recombination and targeted integration. Its expression in the resultant transformed cell lines was then measured. The result shows that position effect exists in yeast but influences the expression of SUC2 gene quantitatively. |
