水平管外降膜流动的膜厚测量和数值模拟

摘    要:采用激光诱导荧光法结合数字图像处理技术对水平管外降膜流动的液膜厚度进行了测量,得到了常温常压下水在水平光滑管和Turbo-CII强化管外降膜流动的过程中,液膜厚度随流量、管周角度和液体分布装置布液高度变化的规律.采用Fluent软件对单根水平管外的流动情况进行了二维数值模拟,并把计算结果和实验结果进行了对比.实验和模拟结果表明:上半周的液膜厚度比下半周的大,且在水平管上半周沿顺时针方向随着角度的增大而变小,而在水平管下半周变化不大,液膜最薄点出现在水平管下半周靠近90°附近的位置;液膜厚度随着流量的增大而变大,随着布液高度的增大而变小;管外液膜流动有波动,上半周的液膜波动比较大,Turbo-CII强化管外液膜表面的波动要比光滑管的小.
