如何提升绩效管理的绩效

摘    要:绩效管理已经引起管理理论工作者和实务操作者的双重关注,尤其是绩效评估已经在企业中得到广泛采用,但如何达到绩效管理的目标,如何提升绩效管理的绩效却时常困扰着各级管理者。笔者尝试对如何构建绩效管理系统、对如何避免绩效管理的误区、对如何把握绩效管理的关键环节进行了简要论述。

How to Enhance the Performance of Performance Management

Abstract:Performance management has attracted keen attention from both management theorists and practitioners, and performance evaluation in particular has been widely adopted among enterprises. However, what has been troubling various managers is how to reach the performance management goal and how to enhance the performance of performance management. The author tries to briefly discuss how to construct performance management system, how to avoid the mistakes in performance management and how to grasp the key links in performance management.
