| 摘 要： | 生态环境保护是功在当代、惠及子孙的伟大事业和宏伟工程。搞好水土保持工作,保护水土资源,维护良好生态环境,实现可持续发展是社会发展的必然要求。开发建设项目水土保持监测是从保护水土资源和维护良好的生态环境出发,运用多种手段和方法,对水土流失的成因、数量、强度、影响范围、危害及其防治成效等进行动态监测的过程,是防治水土流失的一项基础性工作,在生态环境保护中占有重要地位。
