术中支气管动脉与肺动脉灌注化疗对预防肺癌术后复发、转移的对比研究

摘    要:目的 选择更有效的灌注方法,为肺癌的综合治疗提供新的治疗途径。方法 通过术中支气管动脉与肺动脉分别灌注5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU),其靶器官中5-FU的质量浓度,标本用高效液相层析仪检测(HPLG)。结果 5-FU在支气管动脉灌注组的质量浓度明显高于肺动脉组,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.001),血浆中的5-FU的质量浓度甚微。结论 术中支气管动脉灌注化疗可使靶器官含有较高的药物浓度,且全身毒副作用明显小于肺动脉灌注组。

Abstract:Objective Comparing for the better infusion route and the new way to treatment of lung cancer. Methods After the infusion of 5 FU through pulmonary and bronchial artery in dog,we measured the cotent of 5 FU in main bronchus,hilar lymph nodes,lung tissue and plasma.Results The mass concentration of 5 FU in bronchial artery infusion group was significantly higher (P<0.01) in above tissues. Conclusion Bronchial artery infusion during the operation can result in higher drug concentration and less systemic toxicity than pulmonary infusion.
