摘    要:本文用弹性力学边界积分方程边界元法解带根孔圆轴的三维应力集中问题。简述了方程的离散化及有关的数值技术。以带径向圆孔的圆轴为例,采用圆柱面、双线性插值边界元计算应力集中系数。初步计算结果与现有某些设计资料中的实验曲线相比较是接近的,这表明边界元法为改进及扩充工程实用应力集中数据开辟了一个途径。

Abstract:In this paper the direct boundary integral equation-the boundary element method - is applied to the solution of the three-dimensional elastic stress concentration problem of round shafts with a transverse circular hole. The discretization and relevant numerical technique for the equation are briefly described. Several examples, in which the bilinear interpolation and cylindrical surface elements have been used for calculating the coefficients of stress concentration for round bar or tube with a transverse hole, have been worked out. The result of calculation seems to be satisfactory in comparison with experimental results in some relevant published date. The investigation showed that boundary element method is competitive with other numerical methods for enlarging or raising the accuracy of the useful engineering data of stress concentration.
