陶瓷刀具的初期破损研究

本文对国产几种牌号(氧化铝系和氮化硅系)的陶瓷刀片在车削淬硬钢时发生的刃具初期破损形式进行了分析、归类,从断口形态方面分析了陶瓷材料的断裂性质,基本弄清了陶瓷刀具初期破损与切削分力之间的关系,找到了不发生刀具初期破损的切削条件,为消除破损和更好使用陶瓷刀具提供了理论依据.

A Study on Initial Damage of Ceramic Edge

This paper analyses and classifies the initial damage shapes of domestic Al_2O_3and Si_3N_4series ceramic edges while cutting hardened steel.By analysing the shapes of broken gaps for the fracture quality of the ceramic material, it has been found that the component of force exerted by cutting has a bearing upon ceramic damage. Accoringly,cutting Conditions for reducing initial damage to none are found,thus providing a sound theory on how to make wise use of the ceramic edge against possible damages.
