自移式掘进机辅助支护设备的改进

摘    要:为了提高自移式掘进机辅助支护设备的稳定性,依据围岩与支护的作用关系分析作用在自移式掘进机辅助支护设备上的围岩压力。在此基础上对其结构参数进行优化改进,同时增加了垂直导杆机构,并进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,通过改进设计,既提高了自移式掘进机辅助支护设备结构的合理性,同时增加导杆机构减小顶梁的前移量,提高了稳定性。

Abstract:To enhance the stability of the self-motion assistant powered support equipment for tunneling machine, based on the relationship between the role of surrounding rock and support, the rock pressure affected on the improvement of the self - motion assistant powered support equipment for tunneling machine is analyzed. On this basis, the structural parameters are optimized and improved. The vertical guide bar mechanism is increased. The finite element analysis is done. The results show that through improving the design, the structure of rationality of the equipment is enhanced with increased stability by adding the leader mechanism to reduce the amount of the Lop beam of the forward.
