环式碎煤机环锤对单块矿粒的冲击

摘    要:环式碎煤机环锤对单块矿粒的冲击分析是其碎煤机设计的理论依据。应用刚体碰 撞理论,进行环式碎煤机环锤对单块矿粒的冲击的理论研究,推导出有关方程,用于 计算环锤相对于环轴处于纯滚动、滑动、脱开、惯性运动及二次冲击情况下,作用于 环锤(轴)上的冲量及环锤的运动参数.并给出了KRC系列新式环碎机的有关实例 计算及分析结果。

Abstract:The analysis and calculation about tbe shock of ore single particle on the ring hammer of ring hammer crusher are studied in this paper by rigid impact theory. The necessary equations have been derived, which can be used to calculate the impulses acting on the ring hammer or annulate shaft and the ring hammer's motional parameters when the ring hammer is in the cases of roll, slide, disengagement, inertia movement and the second impaction ralative to the annulate shaft respectively. A practical example of the new series KRC ring hammer crusher is provided at the end of the paper. The inclusions from the calculation and analysis can be used to the like ring hammer crushers.
