| 摘 要： | 越南刑事诉讼法赋予检察院在侦查阶段十分广泛的权能,检察院有权对侦查机关的人员及活动进行强有力的监督和引导。中国检察院较之在侦查阶段的权能则少了很多。在比较的基础上分析了中国检警关系所存在的问题,并提出了一些改革的建议。
