矩形盒拉深成形的数值模拟与实验

摘    要:建立了矩形盒拉深成形的有限元三维模型,对其进行了数值模拟分析,并把数值模拟结果和实验结果进行了对比分析,讨论了在有限元数值模拟过程中虚拟冲压速度对模拟结果的影响,发现增加虚拟冲压速度会带来系统的惯性效应,当虚拟冲压速度大于一定值时,会使模拟结果严重失真.板材拉深数值模拟时最大虚拟冲压速度建议设定在2000mm/s范围内.

Abstract:The 3D finite-element analysis model is established for the rectangle box deep drawing. The box deep drawing process was simulated and analyzed with the Ls-Dyna. Comparing the numerical simulation results with that of the experiment, the preciseness and validity for solving the box deep drawing problems by the finite-element numerical simulation method has been validated. The effect of virtual punch velocity on the result of simulation is also discussed. Inertia reaction of the system would be incident with the increasing of the virtual punch velocity and the simulation results would be distortion if the virtual punch velocity exceeds a certain value. The maximum virtual punch velocity for the sheet metal drawing simulation may not exceed 2 000 mm/s.
