| 摘 要： | 对铁-碳二元舍金二维轴对称的连续浇注过程采用混合流模型进行了数值分析，充分考虑了湍流、传热和溶质输运之间的耦合，湍流输运使用了一个修正的LAM-Bremhorst低雷诺数模型．采用控制容积的有限差分法进行求解．对计算结果作了分析讨论，仔细比较了各种参数对浇注过程，特别是对溶质分布的影响．

| Abstract: | A two-dimensional numerical simulation of continuous casting of Fe-C binary alloy is given.The coupling of turbulent flow,heat and solute transport is considered by a continuum model.The Lam-Bremhorst low-Reynolds-number model is adopted to incorporate turbulence effects on the transport process in the system.The gonverning equations are discretized using the control-volume-based finite-difference method.The computed results are analyzed and discussed.In particular,the effects of various casting conditions on the distribution of solute are compared carefully. |
