| 摘 要： | 从人肝癌细胞株 ＨｕＨ－７的无血清培养基中分离出一种能促使细胞在体外铺展及生长的活性因子。该因子从条件培养基中用ＭＹ２型超滤膜浓缩５０倍后能使鼠胰岛肿瘤细胞株ＲＩＮ－ｒ细胞在塑料培养皿表面铺展及生长。ＨｕＨ－７细胞铺展因子对温度及胰蛋白酶敏感．用凝胶ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００柱层析得到三个峰，第二个峰具有生物学活性．其分子量约为８×１０４

| Abstract: | A heat-and trypsin-sensitive factor with cell-spreading and growth-promoting activity was isolated from human hepatoma cell line HuH-7 in a serum-free, hormone-supplemented medium. This conditioned medium stimulated rat islet tumor cells,RIN-r cell line,spreading and growth in the surface of plastic wares after concentrating about 50 ~ 100 fold by an Amicon with MY2 ultra-filter membrane.This spreading factor had a molecular weight of approximately 8 x 104 which was determined by chromatography with a Sephadex G-100 column. |
