| Abstract: | This paper deals with some phenomena which happen sometimse in ballot to decide candidates'qualification by more than two-thirds majority and analyses mathematically conditions and possibility of the phenomena. The results of the analysis would bring about suggestions and numeral basis on this kind of voting. |
