| 摘 要： | 根据生物化学课程实验的实际情况，提出以玉米须多糖的分离纯化及其性质测定为主题开设综合设计性实验。此实验的开出不仅可以提高学生在生物化学方面的综合实验技能，将理论与实践有机地结合起来，而且巩固了课堂所学的理论知识，同时还可以培养学生的科研和创新精神。

| Abstract: | Based on actual conditions of biochemistry experiments,a comprehensive design experiment on Corn silk Polysaccharide was proposed in this thesis.The experiment not only could enhance comprehensive experimental skills of the students,integrate the theories they learned in classes and practice,but also could help students comprehending relevant knowledge.At the same time it could train scientific and innovative spirits of the students. |
