| 摘 要： | 针对大同市边山峪口清洪两用自流灌区存在的主要问题，结合已改造过的灌区实践，对边山峪口灌区节水改造工程规划设计中的共性问题进行了分析和探讨，提出了工程改造设计中几个关键问题的处理思路和方法，以期取得最佳的改造效益。

| Abstract: | in the light of the main problems existing in the double- purpose project (for clean- water and flood) in Bianshanyukou Irrigation Area, Datong City, and connecting with the experiences of the transformed irrigation areas, this paper makes analysis on and exploration into the common problems in the planning and design of the water saving transformation project in Bianshanyukou Irrigation Area, puts forward the ideas and methods for the treatment of several key problems in the design of the project transformation for getting the optimum transformation benefit. |
