制冷剂热力性质的快速计算Ⅰ.计算方法

摘    要:采用隐式拟合、显式计算的方法给出了常用纯工质和混合工质制冷剂饱和区、两相区以及过热区热力性质的快速计算方法.通过引入转换函数,对前人提出的制冷剂饱和区和过热区三次隐式拟合、显式计算模型作了改进,更好地解决了三次方程求解过程中解的分岔问题,使其能适应更宽范围的制冷剂物性简化计算.通过引入当量干度的概念,给出了混合工质两相区物性简化计算的通用二次拟合模型.并详细说明了由隐式拟合模型转化为显式快速计算公式的方法.

Abstract:A novel implicit-regress and explicit-calculation fast calculation method for saturated,superheated and two-phase refrigerant thermal properties was presented.By introducing converting functions to former cubic implicit models for saturated and superheated refrigerant thermal properties,the root split problem was overcome and the effective data range of these implicit models was extended.A new quadratic implicit model for fast calculating two-phased refrigerant mixtures thermal properties was also developed by introducing the concept of equivalent mass quality.The method of how to get the explicit fast calculation formulae from the implicit regress model was also explained.
