产谷氨酸菌转导的研究

摘    要:研究了一株 Brevibacterium tientsinenensT6-13 温和噬菌体φT4的转导。结果表明:φT4能够以10~(-7)左右的频率转导不同的营养缺陷标记;首次发现,L-色氨酸能够有效地提高转导频率,紫外线照射噬菌体对Thr和Cys基因的转导有相似的影响,即随着紫外线照射时间的延长,完全转导子出现的频率先上升而后下降;通过共转导的测定发现了T6-13的一个基因连锁群,基因顺序是 cys-thr-met。

Abstract:Studies on the transduction of Brevibacierium tientsinens T6-13 were carried out. a temperate phage of T6-13, transduced various auxotrophic makers at frequencies of around 10-7. We found that L-tryptophan stimulated the transduction. The frequency of transduction was related to the duration of U.V. irradiation on the phage lysates. As irradiation proceed, the frequency of transductants increased at first and then, decreased. A linkage group, cys-thr-met. was demonstrated according to the tests for cotransduction of linkage makers.
