| Abstract: | This paper introduces the reaction conditions of the synthesis of sodium diacetate with acetate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials. The facts have proved that the new technology has such advantages: low cost of production, simple operation and easy industrilization, etc. It also describes some uses of sodium diacetate. |
