异步机轻载节能装置

摘    要:本装置优越于按功率因数控制的或按负荷及速度控制的节能装置,其特点,一是使用电压跟随电流的原理维持电机在空载与满载时转差基本不变,电机功率因数几科不随负载变化,铁损与铜损保持一定关系,使电机在空载时有效高效率。二是使用小可控硅角发大可控硅,这样整个电路功率小,损耗小,结构简单。

Abstract:This device is superior to those energy-saving devices controlled by power factor of by load and speed. The characteristics of this device include.(1) According to the voltage following current principle, the motor is allowed to keep approximately a constant rotational difference at both light and full load operations, making the power factor of the motor almost unchanged with load and obtaining a specific relationship between the core loss and copper loss. These make the motor having a higher efficiency at light load conditions.(2)A small silicon controlled rectifier is used to trigger the big one,so that in the whole control circuit,both the power applied and the loss are less,and the structure is simple.
