| 摘 要： | 介绍了离散时间细胞神经网的基本概念,给出了一种利用局部规则和门限函数的DT-CNNs模板设计方法;应用该方法设计了DT-CNNs边缘提取模板,试验结果表明该设计方法是方便可行的.

| Abstract: | Introduced the conception of discrete-time cellular neural networks firstly. Then proposed a designing approach for DT-CNNs based on local rules and threshold functions. This designing approach was used to design DT-CNNs edge detection template. The result shows that this design approach is convenient and efficient. |
