协作研修:教师培训模式的新选择

摘    要:协作研修模式,是一种以解决教师在新课程实施中的实践性问题为目标,通过教师培训机构与中小学校、教师及教育主管部门的合作,以课题研究为基本特征的中小学教师培训的运作管理模式.它由"计划立项-发现课题-谈判协议-前期研修-实地研究-评价反思"六个相互联系的环节来构成,是当前一种可行的教师培训新模式.

Abstract:Cooperative further studies is an operational managing model aiming at solving the practical problems in the implementation of new curriculum. It is done by the cooperation between the teachers' training organs, schools, teachers and educational governing bodies. Its characteristics are the research into questions for discussion. It's made up of six closely connected links: establishing a project, finding out a subject, negotiation, preliminary further study, clinical research and assessment and reflection. At present, it is a new possible training mode for teachers.
