三峡模型水轮机转轮前后的流动特性

摘    要:水轮机转轮前后流动特性的测试对于了解流动型态、改进水轮机的水力设计有重要意义。用五孔球测量三峡水电站模型水轮机转轮前后液动特性的结果,并对在最优工况及偏离工况下的测试结果作了初步分析。测试结果表明,最优工况的轴面速度分布规律介于一元理论及二元理论假设之间,数值偏大,沿转轮进、出口边的环量分布均为自上冠至下环逐渐增大。

Abstract:Studying on flow fields in front and back of a Francis turbine is very important for understanding the flow characteristics in water turbine and for improving its hydraulic design. By means of measurements of the five hole probes distributed on two sections in front and back of the runner, the flow fields of a Francis model turbine for Three Gorges Power Station was carried out. The results indicate that the meridian velocity distribution in the optimum operating mode is between one dimensional hypothesis and two dimensional hypothesis, and both circulation distributions along the inlet and outlet edges of runner blade all increase from crown to band.
