逆向追踪图解法优化工艺路线

摘    要:基于解复杂尺寸链过程中所用到的图解追踪法原理,提出一种优化工艺路线的简明方法──逆向追踪图解法.此法是在考虑满足设计要求和加工工艺要求的前提下,使得工艺路线最大限度地减少基准变换,减少尺寸链中的组成环,因而可以减少加工成本,提高加工精度.

Abstract:Based on the tracing diagram method used in solving the complex process dimension chain, a concise approach for the design optimization of the process flow is put forward. Minimum base changes in the process and least number of links in the dimension chain in so far as possible are achieved under the conditions that both the design and technological requirements are met. The machining cost can be cut down and the machining accuracy is improved remarkably. The function of the diagram method in the calculation of the dimension chain is extended, and almost all the factors needed to be taken into consideration during the layout of the process flow can be expressed concisely in only simple diagram.
