| 摘 要： | 从系统工程的角度出发，运用动力学及概率论等手段，构造免疫纲的基 本模型，通过此模型去考察免疫系统的基本结构及特性，寻找其内在规律，得 出免疫信息处理的基本方式．通过计算机模拟实验，找到了自我·非自我形成 的规律，发现了自我一自我认识过程中的信息流动原理，从而解决了免疫系 统的最重要问题──自我·非自我认识问题．

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author propose a mathematical model from the viewpoint of systems engineering to illustrate a simple sketch of the mechanism of self-nonself discrimination in the immune system. By means of dynamics and probability, the author concentrates his attention on an idiotypic network and expands Jerne' s hypothesis so as to construct a general network model. Based on this model, the factor which plays the key role in discrimination between self and nonself will be elucidated. |
