| 摘 要： | 在知识经济社会和高等教育大众化阶段,高校毕业生的社会适应性问题较突出。高校创新人才培养模式,就是要通过更新人才培养理念、灵活设置专业、优化人才培养方案和拓宽人才培养途径,培养大学生成长成才的自主意识和自我发展能力,提高大学生的综合素质,增强毕业生的社会适应性。
