| 摘 要： | 经过"十一五"的快速发展,龙岩市经济社会发展进入一个新的发展周期,这一特殊阶段对龙岩经济社会发展提出了经济发展模式转型、城市功能提升、和谐发展、绿色发展等方面的任务;要完成这些任务,龙岩在发展中要利用好四大机遇、应对五大挑战,同时有针对性地采取六大战略。
