| Abstract: | The oscillation of third-order nonlinear neutral damped functlonal diffterential equations, distributed delays is studied. By using Philos＇ method, some new sufficient conditions which insure that any solution of this equation oscillates or converges to zero are established. The corresponding results in known literature are extended and improved. |
