| 摘 要： | 选取资源环境和社会经济7大指标，采用主成分分析法对黑龙江省13个地级市土地开发适宜性进行了评价，以便为主体功能区建设提供支持。结果表明：①哈尔滨市、大庆市、齐齐哈尔市和绥化市土地开发适宜性较高；②七台河市、鸡西市、佳木斯市、双鸭山市、牡丹江市和鹤岗市土地开发适宜性中等；③伊春市、黑河市和大兴安岭地区开发适宜性较低。该评价结果可以为宏观上把握黑龙江省土地开发潜力和主体功能区政策制定提供决策参考。表5，参7。

| Abstract: | The construction of main functional zone contributes to realizing regional harmonious development of environment and economy greatly.This article selected seven indices according to environment and economy,and then evaluated the land development suitability of 13 regions in Heilongjiang province based on PCA method,which aimed to support the construction of nlain functional zone.The results showed that:①suitability in the cities of Ha'erbin,Daqing,Qiqiha'er and Suihua wag hish;②Qitaihe,Jixi,Jamnsi,Shuangyashan,Mudanjiang and Hegang got moderate suitability;③Yichun,Heihe and Daxing'anling had low suitability.The results can provide references for land development potential analysis and relative policy making for Heilongjiang province. |
