| 摘 要： | 目的探讨芬太尼和双异丙酚联合应用在无痛人流中的效果及其安全性。方法选择122例我院门诊无痛人工流产孕妇与121例同期普通人工流产孕妇进行对比观察。结果芬太尼和双异丙酚联合应用完全无痛率达96％，两组相比在镇痛效果、手术时间、宫颈松弛程度、人流综合征方面差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论芬太尼和双异丙酚联合应用于人工流产术，安全有效，效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the analgesic effect and safety of Propofol combined with Fentanyl on painless induced abortion.Methods:122 pregnant women undergone the analgesia induced abortion were brought into the experiment group,and 121 women undergone the traditional induced abortion matching with age and gravidity were brought into the control group.Results: The absolute painless rate of experiment group was 96%.There were significant difference in the analgesic effect,the operation time,the degree of cervix ... |
