煤水浆旋风燃烧器内空气动力场的实验研究

摘    要:为了考查煤水浆旋风燃烧器的空气动力特性,对实际旋风燃烧器进行了流场测定,从燃烧空气动力学角度对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明,切向速度分布由于壁面粗糙度的影响而偏离模型情况;壁面粗糙度和二次风弱旋流造成了双环形回流的轴向速度分布,有利于煤水浆的着火和火焰稳定。

Abstract:To clarify the properties of a CWS (Coal-Water Slurry) cyclone combustor, the flowfield was measured in an actual reactor.The results measured are dis-cussed in the light of combustion aerodynamics.It is shown that the tangential velocity distribution in actual combustor differs from that in model com- busior by its wall roughness.The wall roughness in combination with the weakly-swirled secondary air flow creates a dual-ring recirculatiou in axial velocity distribution. Such as axial velocity distribution is proved beneficial to the ignition and flame stabilization of coal-water slurry.
