| 摘 要： | 本文设计了一种小型化宽带功分器,其电路内部采用了层间垂直互联的方式实现射频信号的垂直传输,在保证各项电性能指标的前提下大大减小了电路尺寸,文中给出了仿真电路模型、结果以及电路实测结果。

| Abstract: | The paper has designed a kind of miniaturization broadband power divider. It used a vertical interconnect in its＇ inside circuit to achieve the vertical transmission of RF signal. With the premise of ensuring all aspects of electron performance and index, it has great improved in decreasing the circuit size. The paper has offered the model of the simulation circuit, the consequence and the result of reality test. |
