摘    要:实验证实了E.coliB和E.colik12 gal^+的细胞壁可直接激活补本,去壁扣的细菌球形体或原生质体加入补体后可裂解,说明在不依赖特异抗体激活补体经典途径中,补体的激活部位是细胞壁,作用靶子似乎是细胞膜。

Abstract:Evidence was presented that the new complement activation pathway of some Bacteria was closely related cell wall by inhibition of haemolytic activity. However, some spheroplast or protoplast can be rapidly killed by serum in the presence of lysozyme, although these Bacteria were resistant to killed by serum in the absence of lysozyme. It seems more likely that the primary site of action of complement is at the bacteria cell wall, the lethal event was subsequent damage to the bacteria cell membrane.
